Disney's Magical Express If you are arriving by air, your vacation starts the moment you land. No need to hassle with luggage at Baggage Claim. As a Disney Resort Hotel Guest, Disney's Magical Express is complimentary. Motor coaches take you from Orlando International Airport to your Disney Resort, while Disney takes checked bags (excluding pet carriers) from the plane to your room. And when the vacation's over, receive complimentary return transportation back to the airport. Disney's Magical Express service should be added at least 10 days prior to arrival. Disney's Magical Express runs from Orlando International Airport (MCO) only. Contact your travel agent for more details.

Pre-Arrival
Have your Travel Agent secure your spot on a Disney's Magical Express motorcoach when they book your Disney Resort hotel reservation.
Disney's Magical Express information and luggage tags will be mailed several weeks prior to arrival.
If you are arriving in Orlando between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m., and wish to have your luggage delivered to your Disney Resort hotel room, please attach the Disney's Magical Express luggage tags to each item you will be checking with the airline. Luggage will travel separately and may take up to 3 hours after you arrive at the resort to be delivered to the room.
If you do not receive your luggage tags prior to leaving home, and are arriving in Orlando between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m., you can provide your baggage claim receipts at Disney's Magical Express to have your luggage collected and delivered to your Disney Resort hotel room.
Arrival
Domestic Arrivals:
Take the shuttle from your arrival gate to the main terminal and head to Disney's Magical Express, located on Side B, Level 1 of Orlando International Airport.
If you are arriving on the A side of the airport, proceed to the B side before taking the elevator or escalator down to Level 1.
If you are arriving after 10 p.m., please collect your luggage at baggage claim and take it with you on the motorcoach.
Motorcoaches may make multiple stops.
International Arrivals:
Disney's Magical Express information and luggage tags are mailed only to Guests in the United States and Canada. If you have Disney's Magical Express reservations and are arriving from another country, you will receive information upon check-in at Disney's Magical Express.
If you are flying into Orlando International Airport from another country, you must follow the U.S. Customs and Border Protection process and claim your luggage after disembarking the plane. Once cleared, you may either bring your luggage with you or return your luggage to the carousel following customs to use the luggage delivery service. Then, board a shuttle to the main terminal and proceed to Disney's Magical Express located on Side B, Level 1. Guests using the luggage delivery service should be prepared to present your airline baggage claim numbers.
If you are arriving after 10 p.m., please collect your luggage at baggage claim and take it with you on the motorcoach.

Departure
The day before check-out, a Transportation Notice will be delivered to your room. The pickup time and place for your motorcoach ride back to Orlando International Airport are listed on this notice.
Motorcoaches may make multiple stops and pickup times are scheduled approximately 3 hours prior to flight departure times for domestic flights and 4 hours prior to flight departure times for international flights.
You are responsible for bringing luggage to the pickup point. Bell services assistance is available upon request.
Resort Airline Check-In
If you are flying on a participating airline, you are automatically enrolled in the Resort Airline Check-In service when arriving through Disney's Magical Express.
This service allows you to obtain your boarding pass and check your luggage at your Disney Resort hotel, bypassing airport check-in.
If your flight departures after 12 p.m., your boarding passes will be delivered to your room the morning of your departure.
If you choose not to check your luggage with Resort Airline Check-In, you can have your luggage loaded into the motorcoach transporting you to the airport.
Participating airlines include Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, JetBlue Airways, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines.
If you wish to check bags through Resort Airline Check-In, you may call Baggage Airline Guest Services to pay your airline checked luggage fees in advance of checking in at the Resort Airline Check-In desk. You can pay baggage fees with MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.
If you are not traveling on a participating airline, you can have your bags taken back with you on a motorcoach from your Disney Resort to the Orlando International Airport. (Adobe PDF)
Some Guests may be required to check-in at the airport and will be unable to use this service.
Disney's Magical Express service must be booked at least 10 days in advance of hometown airport departure. Disney is unable to provide service without advance reservation with Disney's Magical Express.
*This service is not available to Guests of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels and the Disney Springs™ Resort Area Hotels. **Luggage delivery may take up to 3 hours after you have checked in. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you pack a carry-on bag with any items that may be desired for use while awaiting delivery of luggage.
